Description
Main Description

Examples are:

  • Weekly report per test level on progress of testing and quality and risks of the test object, delivered by the test manager of a test level to the test  manager and client and other stakeholders (such as the project consultation).
  • Weekly summary/additional report on progress of testing and quality and risks of the test object, based on the above reports, delivered by the test manager to the client and other stakeholders (such as the project consultation).
  • Periodical report on progress of testing and quality and risks of the test object, delivered by the test manager to the project board meeting.

In terms of content, the progress and quality report is most important because timely adjustment and control are possible on the basis of this information and advice. The data for this report are supplied by the (reports of the) test levels and by organising management at the overall level, see Organise The Management (MTP).
