Method of operation

The management activity can be split up into two sub-activities:

• The following forms of management are executed in a way that conforms to the procedures established in the master test plan: Management of the test process, infrastructure management, test product management and defect management (see Organise The Management (MTP)).
• The test levels are supported with and checked for the implementation of the overall management standards.

These activities are covered by the role of administrator or test manager as defined in Define The Organisation (MTP).
