Purpose

The aim of the Control phase is to provide the client of the development tests sufficient insight into, and the possibility of managing:

  • The progress of the development tests
  • The quality and risks of the units (or combinations of units)
  • The quality of the development testing.

To this end, the responsible individual should manage the development tests optimally and report on them. The Control phase consists of the following activities:

  1. Management
  2. Monitoring
  3. Reporting
  4. Adjusting.
