Working space of the BA Roles
This picture addresses the essential Roles for a BA engagement, what the working space is of the Role in terms of
Models and Phases.
This picture describes which key roles in the environment of SEMBA exchange information with the method. The left
side of the image refers to the input and the right side refers to the output of SEMBA. Note that in real life there will
be a mutual collaboration between SEMBA and the external roles. So the direction of the arrows only indicate the expected
flow of information. The Business Analyst working with SEMBA could deliver suggestions for adjustment of design principles
to a Business Architect. This implies there is also "output" going to the Business Architect. This is not meant to be
excluded by the arrow going from the Business Architect to SEMBA.
