Delivery Process: Phases
Capgemini’s Global Transition Management method is broken down into five distinct phases: Preparation And Design, Implementation, Validation, Finalization and Hypercare. This breakdown into phases helps the Engagement Manager (Transition) to identify, understand and manage the range of activities that are typically applicable to the Transition Engagement at a given point in time. It does not preclude the Engagement Manager (Transition), currently in one phase, from using the activities in another phase, should the need arise.
